Sweet! Emma & I will be adding another state to the list next month. How many states and/or countries have you been in?
— Britt Reints (@missbritt) April 24, 2013
This can sort of be seen as a companion to an earlier blog post on a similar vein.
Here is a list of states, as of now, that I have visited in some capacity or another.
Massachusetts
South Carolina
Washington D.C. (I know it’s not a state)
Michigan
Illinois
Wisconsin
Minnesota
Missouri
South Dakota
New Mexico
Colorado
Montana
Wyoming
Idaho
Utah
Arizona
Nevada
California
Oregon
Washington
Alaska
I’m not counting Florida as I was there 4 days and was only at Walt Disney World, which is a completely separate experience from the rest of the state. We drove through Indiana on our way from Detroit to Chicago, and spent maybe an hour total on the interstate. I don’t count that either.
Here is my list of countries visited (not counting my home country, Honduras or Panama).
Canada
China
Taiwan (does it count as a separate country?)
Hong Kong (it WAS separate when I visited)
Mongolia (I got off the train for 10 minutes)
Russia
Poland
Germany
France
Netherlands
Italy
Argentina
Brazil (spent part of an afternoon there)
Japan
Ireland
This summer I’ll be able to add Belgium. But I’ll get into that another time.
