Hot on the heels of what is arguably my best Music Monday post yet, I offer up another of my”quick and kind of lame” posts. Perhaps the only redeeming thing about this entry is I finally am featuring music more recent than the 1980s.
“Everything Is Awesome” is of course the song from The LEGO Movie. That soundtrack has been in heavy rotation in my household since we picked it up shortly after seeing the movie. I even put the track “Benny The Spaceman” as a ringtone.
The video claims to be made by a 6 year old, but as you can surmise from watching it, this is more of an “official” music video, Besides, where would a 6 year old get that much footage from The LEGO Movie before it became available on home video?
