I know it’s been a couple of weeks. Hopefully the wait is worth it.
Last week Déla and August had their school performances. First up was band and you can see both of them getting ready to start.
No good pictures of them during their individual grade performances, unfortunately.
Then we have Déla taking control of the stroller one day after school.
Then Ciáran and I went on a Cub Scout outing to the Museum Of History And Industry. It was a fantastic trip and will have its own blog post next week.
Ciáran , August and Xavier spending a bit of breakfast time conferring about Pokemon.
Santachu…
Monday evening was a big night for August. First he was awarded a couple of major merit badges for Boy Scouts.
Then he was awarded the rank of Tenderfoot. He is just beginning, but he is on the path to earning Eagle Scout.
Yes, that’s me in the picture too. Ugh.
Oh, look who is I turned around and there was this one morning.
Finally, it was the younger grades turn for their Christmas performance. Xavier went first with the preschool.
Then Ciáran – who was a cow in the production.
First they sang a couple of songs then did a sort of musical rendition of the birth of Jesus. Ciáran hid behind everybody during that part. But you can see just how un-thrilled he is to be a cow in this earlier picture. I guess you could call him a cowmudgeon.
