I was introduced to Charles Bradley in Belgium.
A few of his earlier singles were gathered up and a few extra songs put together on his 2011 debut album No Time For Dreaming with 2013 seeing Victim Of Love arriving.
For whatever reason I never did pick up either of his albums at the time.
To be honest, I kind of forgot about him.
Somehow or other I heard about his new album and I was reminded of his amazing set. Here is the first single from his new album – “Changes” (it happens to be the title track).
I would really like to see him again. In the mean time you can enjoy this show which is almost a full hour and a half of the best soul music this side of the millennium.
Some good music. Check him out. Don’t make the same mistake I did of acknowledging his greatness and then forgetting about him. He has three albums and a few random singles available. Amazon has good availability.
