This is the last of my entries from the solicitation for ideas of what to blog about, since I needed some ideas and Facebook reciprocated.
I have had four kids so far go through the Flat Stanley school project, and there have been some great trips. Rather than detail where each of them have gone, I want to instead showcase a few highlights.
Let’s start off with August’s Stanley who visited South Carolina and among other things, attended my brother’s wedding.

Later in Boston he got to meet The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.

Then there was Dela’s Stanley, who got to meet an Olympian, David Boudia, winner of the bronze in synchronized diving, and a gold for his solo performance. He would also go on to earn some metal in the 2016 Olympics.

This same Stanley also got to go to Australia.

Ciaran’s Stanley got to go to Japan.

Xavier’s Stanley, like August’s, stayed within the country, but did travel quite a bit. Between Flint, Michigan, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Disney World, these next two pictures are my favorite. They are completely coincidental and uncoordinated.
The first is on the beach in San Diego, California.

The second is on the pass between Spokane and Seattle.
