It is May, but these pictures are all from April. Yes, I am still behind and getting caught up.

Buckle up because this is going to be it for April, and it’s not a small update.

I was able to make it to one of August’s track meets, getting there literally just in time for his event and see him run. I like how this picture makes it look like he is floating.

Tevye and Grace were with me and tried to enjoy themselves.

The school did “sibling” stations of the cross, and even Tevye got to help out

Grace found her Halloween costume from last year and really wanted to wear it.

Xavier’s baseball season is in full swing. Here he is working on a new position – pitcher.

And connecting with the ball for a base hit.

Laura got to carry the paschal candle for the Easter Vigil, and Déla was a sacristan.

The next morning was full of chocolate and egg hunting.

Remember that costume from a few pictures ago?

Somebody was tired.

And somebody decided he didn’t need a basket to collect eggs.

During spring break we went to the zoo.

The last few times we went to the zoo the lemurs were nowhere to be seen. We actually began to think they might no longer be at the zoo it’s been so long since we’ve seen them, but there they were this time.

One duck decided it didn’t want to clear out of the path so we needed to give it as wide a berth as possible.

She blends into the cardboard so well…

Also during spring break we went to the aquarium.

None of the pictures I took with the kids and animals came out from this trip.

The kids created this in the play area while waiting for me to use the restroom.

That’s it for this installment.
